INGREDIENTS

Filling

  • 600g cream Cheese
  • 675g TINE® Brunost™, grated
  • 150g TINE® Brunost™, spread (can be substituted with grated TINE® Brunost™)
  • 300g eggs (5 pcs)
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 225g sugar

Crust

  • 450g digestive bisquits or bisquits of choice, crushed
  • 180g butter, melted
  • 100g sugar

PREPARATIONS
  • Prepare 2 cake tins of 14 cm or a size to your own wish.
  • Mix all the crust ingredients and cover the bottom of the tin with approx. 1 cm thick layer. Press well.
  • Mix TINE® Cream Cheese, TINE® Brunost™ Sweet Spread and grated TINE® Brunost™ to a smooth mass, using a k-beater in kitchen machine.
  • Add eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Pour the filling over the crust in the cake tin.
  • Bke at 100° C for approx. 50 min, depending on size and oven.
  • Decorate as you like.
  • Tip: Serve with fresh berries, edible flowers and brown cheese cubes. The cake can be frozen.
