Option 1 :
- Simply select the Weight you need on a PER PIECE basis and indicate the quantity you require.
- The Total Weight will then be automatically calculated and displayed for your convenient viewing! Please note that the thickness and size of each piece will vary with the meat part.
Option 2 :
- Equally easy. Simply select the Weight you need as a TOTAL, indicate the Quantity as “1” and Cut Size as "Leave as whole".
- At the "Delivery Instructions" section, just let us know how many pieces of meat you require. Please note that the thickness of each piece may vary slightly!
Yes! Definitely! We understand you may have different cooking methods and/or preferences on how you'd like your meat cut up and done, so we have catered for just that:
- There is a Cut Size option for all applicable products where you can select from the drop-down menu the appropriate Cut Size you need.
- The Estimated Slices of the product you will receive in your order will be automatically calculated and displayed once you've indicated Weight, Quantity and Cut Size ; again, for your easy, convenient viewing!
- Otherwise, you may also include in the "Delivery Instructions" section the thickness you'd like, and rest assured, our brilliant butchers will do the rest!
Most certainly! Cutting every piece of steak to a standard size and weight is very possible, and our butchers will be more than happy to assist you with it.
- There will be a good amount of trimmings and as a result, these portions will be packed and returned to you.
- However, please note that an additional service fee of 20% of your total meat purchase will apply for this service. Kindly leave us the comment: “Cut to standardised size”, in the "Delivery instructions" section, and we'll cut to your preferred size!

Signing up for an account with us is FREE, no credit card needed and no subscription fee nor deposit required.
This is because many of our items are purchased in their natural and original form, and this will affect their preparation.
These items will be prepared based on the size of the animal or shape of the cheese; as such, any two pieces can never be exactly the same, and thus the estimates on some prices.

Most certainly! We understand you may have changed your mind, and this is how you can do a cancellation:

- Please note that cancellation requests made within 3 days before the scheduled delivery is subject to full payment of the order amount.
Home Delivery & Payment
Our FREE delivery service is available for a minimum order of $100.00. Delivery will still be available for orders below this amount but will be subject to a $10.00 delivery fee.
No payment is needed at the point of placing the order, instead we will collect the payment after we have prepared your order. An invoice will be sent via email a day before your delivery, we usually send this in the evening.
At this time, you may choose to pay via credit card! After preparing your order, an invoice will be sent to you via email at 5pm on the day before delivery.
Usually, as soon as you'd like it! Delivery slots are updated on our website in real-time. You will be able to select a delivery date based on your own availability. As an estimate, you can expect to secure a delivery date that is within 1 - 3 working days from your order date.
Our peak periods are during the eves of Public Holidays, Christmas and Chinese New Year when our delivery schedules are expected to be tighter. For these times, we highly recommend that you book a week ahead in order to secure your preferred delivery date.
Your convenience is our priority. Our delivery window is now between 10am and 8pm.
Please note that delivery timing is now set, and while we can no longer accommodate specific time requests, we’ll do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
You can inform our drivers to leave the items at your door when they call upon arriving at your premises. For food safety reasons, please arrange to retrieve any chilled and/or frozen items at the soonest possible if you have ordered any!

We can assist to reschedule your delivery to the next possible delivery date, subject to an additional delivery fee of $10.00.
In the event that you have chilled meat/cheese in your order, we regret that such orders cannot be changed. Payment in full will still be required for any cancellation of order(s).
6 days a week! We deliver Tuesdays to Sundays. For eves of and Public Holidays, the available dates will be updated accordingly on our website and delivery schedule.
Good question! We make use of various temperature control measures to ensure we don't just meet but surpass food safety statutory requirements.
Our packaging and management of your orders also greatly reduce the chance of cross-contamination during storage and transit. Orders are delivered via chilled truck(s), aka mobile freezers!
Fret not! We'll do our best to get in touch with you via WhatsApp and/or a phone call during delivery. If unfortunately there is really no one home to receive the order, you can inform our drivers to leave the items at your door when they call upon arriving at your premises.

We offer cashless payment via NETS and PAYNOW.
PayNow is a peer-to-peer funds transfer service available to retail customers of nine participating banks and three participating Non-Financial Institutions (NFIs) – Bank of China, Citibank Singapore, DBS / POSB Bank, HSBC, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, UOB, GrabPay, LiquidPay and Singtel Dash.
The option of scanning a QR code to make payments is available. Entities and consumers can now make PayNow transfers by scanning the PayNow QR code using the existing mobile banking applications of the participating banks or selected mobile applications of the participating NFIs.
The PayNow QR code is integrated with the Singapore Quick Response (SGQR) Code.
No, there is no extra cost for making payment using PayNow.

Home Delivery:
You will receive an email stating that the order has been confirmed! Orders will be reviewed and confirmed a day before delivery.
Nope! However, due to the inevitable rush during the holidays, we highly recommend that orders be placed at least a week before each holiday. Otherwise, QB Food cannot guarantee delivery. Simply put, to avoid disappointment, order early!

- Please inform us at least 3 working days before the delivery date.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, full payment will apply.
