INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pack chicken breast 
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper coarse to taste
  • 10g Olive Oil
  • 50g BBQ Sauce
  • 30g Tradition Shredded Colby Jack

PREPARATIONS
  • Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  • Pre heat oven to 180°C.
  • Add oil in a pre heated non stick pan over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken breast 3 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer to a tray and baste with bbq sauce on both sides.
  • Sprinkle Tradition shredded Colby Jack cheese.
  • Place tray in the oven and cook for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and start to brown.
  • Take out of oven and transfer to a plate.
