INGREDIENTS
200g of Paysan Breton Brie
8 to 10 nuts
4 sprigs of chives
green salad
PREPARATIONS
Crack the nuts, shell them and then crush them.
Cut the Paysan Breton Brie in half lengthwise. On the bottom part of the cheese, distribute the crushed nuts and replace the other part of the cheese on top. Wrap the whole in a plastic film and put it in the fridge.
Take the brie out of the fridge and cut it apart.
Arrange the green salad on 4 plates and place the pieces of Brie stuffed with walnuts next to it.
Paysan Breton Tip: You can add fig, dried apricots, or other dried fruits in combination with the nut
