250g leeks, sliced
50g butter unsalted
4pcs eggs, beaten
240ml cooking cream
Salt & pepper to taste
12pcs egg tart pastry shell
180g Tradition Mac & Cheese Melt
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Melt butter in a pan over medium high heat.
3. Sauté leeks until soft and fragrant. Set aside.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and cream together.
5. Add salt & pepper to taste.
6. Add 20g of sauteed leeks and 10g of Tradition Mac & Cheese Melt in each egg tart shell.
7. Gently pour egg mixture over the leeks.
8. Sprinkle another layer of TTradition Mac & Cheese Melt on top of the eggs.
9. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set.
