Combine shredded cabbage, sliced onions, shredded spring onions, carrots, egg, Tradition Mac & Cheese Melt and seasonings in a bowl, and mix until evenly mixed.
Melt 15gm of butter in a pan over medium low heat.
Add the vegetable mixture in the center of the pan, and shape it to a square or rectangle.
Turn heat to medium and let the mixture cook for about 2 – 3 minutes.
Flip the vegetable mixture over and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes.
Take vegetables out of the pan and onto a plate.
Melt the rest of the butter on the pan.
Place two pieces of bread, and toast until crispy and golden brown.
Take out the bread, and briefly cook the chicken ham on the pan.
To assemble, place one piece of bread on a plate.
Add the vegetable mixture, and sprinkle sugar.
Layer the chicken ham over the vegetable mixture.
Drizzle tomato ketchup on the ham.
Cover with another layer of bread.
