• 1 Croissant dough

• 1 tsp Syrup

• 1 Ice cream to choice

• 15-20 g TINE® Brunost™, grated

• Fresh berries (optional)

PREPARATIONS

• Bake the croissant in a Belgian waffle maker until fluffy and crispy.

• Sprinkle sirup on the croffle.

• Add 1 scoop of ice cream.

• Grate fresh TINE® Brunost™ over the ice cream and croffle just be fore serving.
