
Easy to Cook Mac n' Cheese
- 2 cups penne pasta, cooked and drained
- Cooking spray
- 4 rashers bacon
- 1 courgette
- 400g Tatua Cheese Sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Spray a pan generously with cooking spray and heat.
- Remove the rind from the bacon and cut into thin strips, cook for 4 minutes.
- Finely chop the courgette and add to the bacon. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat; combine with the cooked pasta and Tatua Cheese Sauce. Pour into an ovenproof dish.
- Spread the breadcrumbs evenly over the mixture and cook for 25 minutes or until golden.
