INGREDIENTS
- Filippo Berio Basilico Pasta Sauce
- 250g Gnocchi
- 125g mozarella
- Basil leaves for garnish

PREPARATIONS
- Heat oven to 180°C fan / 200°C
- Empty 250g of gnocchi (half a typical bag) into a heatproof bowl
- Stir in a jar of Filippo Berio Basilico Pasta Sauce
- Cut half a block of mozzarella (about 125g) into small chunks and dot these over the dish, spacing them evenly
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the gnocchi are cooked through and beginning to brown
