INGREDIENTS
- 8 slices of white bread
- 8 slices of Happy Cow Sliced Cheese (Cheddar)
- 40g unsalted butter
PREPARATIONS
- Flatten the bread with a rolling pin and cut away the crust of the bread.
- Place a slice of cheddar on each piece of bread and roll up tightly.
- In a pan, put in the butter and lightly grill the bread till golden brown.
- Assemble & ready to serve
