  • 2320g whole milk
  • 100g cream
  • 300g egg yolk
  • 280g TINE® Brunost™ cheese
  • 650g sugar
  • 125g dextrose
  • 125g fat-free milk powder
  • 100g ice cream stabilizer (optional) Salt

PREPARATIONS
  • Grate TINE® Brunost™ and mix milk, cream, egg yolk and grated brown cheese, and heat the mix to 50° C.
  • Blend all dry ingredients and add to the liquid at 50° C.
  • Pasteurize and cool down.
  • Freeze in your ice cream machine.
