• ½ lb. Sugardale Bacon, cooked and chopped
• 2 lbs. cauliflower florets, steamed
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
• 2 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped

• Preheat oven to 425°F.
• In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper and mix until fully combined.
• Fold in the cheese, cauliflower, bacon and chives until evenly distributed.
• Spread mixture into a greased cast iron skillet and bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
• Top with additional chives and serve warm.
