INGREDIENTS
  • 500g birria meat (lamb)
  • 250ml birria broth
  • 4-6pcs corn tortillas
  • 300g Tradition Colby Jack Cheese
  • 100g Canola Oil
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 6-8pcs lime wedges

PREPARATIONS
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the birria broth. Dip each tortilla in the liquid.
  • Add oil to griddle and place over medium heat.
  • Once hot, add a soaked tortilla to it.
  • Sprinkle with Tradition Colby Jack Cheese, then add the lamb birria meat.
  • Fold in half and cook both sides for 2-3 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Serve with cilantro and diced onions.
