  • 5pcs portobello mushrooms
  • 30g unsalted butter
  • 50g diced onions
  • 80g local spinach
  • 80g cream
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Tradition Shredded Colby Jack as needed
  • 50g breadcrumbs

PREPARATIONS
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Discard the mushroom stem and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Melt butter in a pan and saute onions until translucent.
  • Add spinach and saute until wilted
  • Pour in cream and seasonings.
  • Stuff spinach mix into the cavity of mushrooms.
  • Sprinkle Tradition Mac & Cheese Melt on top of eggs.
  • Bake in oven 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
