
This grilled one-pan wonder makes the best simple nutritious dinner with virtually no clean up. Fill up the pan with Johnsonville® Fresh Italian Sausage Links, asparagus, onion, summer squash, red bell pepper and cherry tomatoes; sprinkle with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze for a tantalizing taste bud experience.

• 1 package (19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Fresh Italian Hot or Mild Sausage Links
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 2 cups asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 1 medium summer squash, halved and sliced
• 1 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, chunked
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
• Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
• Prepare sausage according to package directions. Cut into coin-slice pieces.
• In a large bowl, combine the onion, asparagus, squash, zucchini, pepper and garlic; toss with olive oil. Spoon onto a sheet pan; add sausage.
• Grill for 10 minutes; add the tomatoes and grill an additional 5 minutes.
• Toss with basil, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
