  • 500g beef sirloin, cut into cubes
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup white condiment with truffle
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

PREPARATIONS
  • Season beef cubes with salt and black pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix the white condiment with truffle, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
  • Place the beef cubes in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  • Grill the beef skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • Base the skewers with additional truffle balsamic mixture during grilling.
  • Serve the truffle balsamic beef skewers with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.
