
Truffle Condiment Beef Skewers
- 500g beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup white condiment with truffle
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
- Season beef cubes with salt and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the white condiment with truffle, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Place the beef cubes in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the beef skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Base the skewers with additional truffle balsamic mixture during grilling.
- Serve the truffle balsamic beef skewers with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.
